Mr. Raghuveer Chadalavada
Founder & CEO - Aurita Bikes
Raghuveer Chadalavada's journey has been humble, but the learnings have been immense.He considers himself a self-motivated, results-oriented, hands-on entrepreneur.His love for technology and mobility led to the formation of Aurita Bikes in 2018. His Vision is to spearhead a revolution in the electric vehicle space, redefine transportation, and offer sustainable mobility solutions.
Over the years, exploring innovative ways to transition successfully has been his driving force. With hands-on experience in product development, technology, marketing, finance, people management, sales, customer support, and compliance, he has taken Aurita from 0 to 1 and 1 to 100. Now, he is working towards scaling up further.
In 2015, he began building real vehicles for Nitroshockwaves, his college's formula racing team, where he served as the lead vehicle designer. This experience marked the beginning of his journey in vehicle designing, manufacturing, testing, and competing. During this course, he single-handedly managed a team of 25+ people. This experience gave him the confidence to start his own company. Having been in the industry for half a decade now, he and his team are dedicated to delivering utility vehicles with the lowest total cost of ownership and the highest level of utility.

Mr. Abhay Chakra Sadineni

Abhay Chakra Sadineni is the Director of International Relations and Communications at the Digital Education and Skills Council (DESC), where he led the Nationwide Health Surveillance Program and is the founding member of the Centre for Global Health Security. He co-founded a deep-tech startup specializing in bio-mimetic quality control solutions. He introduced Lotuster - an omni-liquid quality control device and is currently working on democratizing biomimetic fluid diodes in healthcare. His startup got selected as a top deep-tech venture at the venture challenge 5.0 at SNU and received full-time incubation support. Additionally, as the Executive Director of the CareGood Foundation, he’s enhancing students’ well-being. He is President at “The Circular”, a Hyderabad-based non-profit, working on creating livelihood opportunities for the local communities and engaging in sustainability initiatives. Abhay graduated in Mechanical Engineering and received the Academic Excellence Award. He's passionate about advancing health equity and is recognized for promoting sustainability.

Dr. Tusharika Sinha Banerjee

Dr. Tusharika S. Banerjee is an accomplished educator and researcher with 16 years of teaching experience at the graduate and post-graduate levels. Throughout her career, she has guided numerous projects and published 20 papers in prestigious journals such as Elsevier, Springer, and Wiley. Her work has gained significant recognition, being cited by prominent institutions including NASA, the Astrophysics Data System (ADS), Harvard University, and is even included in the Cornell University Library.
In recognition of her exceptional contributions to education and research, Dr. Banerjee was awarded the Bharat Shiksha Ratan in 2018 by the National Achievers Forum. This award honors individuals for their outstanding performance and contributions to the progress of the nation and the world. Additionally, in 2021, she received the Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Teacher's Excellence Award from the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), celebrating her outstanding contributions to the field of education.
Dr. Banerjee is also the founder of SWEEKRITI ASSET LLP, a company approved by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. The main division of the company focuses on Research and Development. SWEEKRITI ASSET LLP provides a variety of products and services aimed at improving lives in different ways. These include helping people with disabilities find employment, offering training programs to help individuals develop new skills, and providing products that aid in water conservation.
